    • We schedule an online meeting where you share your story.
    • After the meeting we send you an outline.
    • Once approved, you pay 50% and we begin the design.
    • We sketch buildings, quotes, doodles, activities, memories, and more.
    • You get a final draft for edits.
    • We deliver the high-resolution digital map (and frame, if selected).

    It takes about a 2-3 weeks to sketch, create the layout, finalize the draft, and make any requested changes before it's ready for delivery.

    You'll receive a Finished Draft a week before your promised ship date, where you can request final edits. If changes are needed, please allow 2-3 days for adjustments. After that, you'll receive a High-Resolution file, and your physical print will be on its way! ❤️

    • Standard includes 8 locations and is mapped chronologically — great for relationship timelines or proposal stories.
    • Premium goes deeper with 12 locations and full timeline mapping — best for full love stories, career paths, or long-term friendships.
